If you are an existing KEB Global or Expat cardholder, you too will enjoy all of the benefits once the KEB-AroundSeoul Card is launched later this year. And if you are trying to reign in your credit card habits, no worries. You can also apply for a PowerCheckCard (debit card) at any KEB branch and you too can enjoy the wonderful savings at dozens of Seoul's finest merchants. And if you already have a KEB PowerCheck Card, you too will be able to get the cash back savings as well.
